Tried a new yoga studio today and can appreciate the differences.  The origial studio I went to is larger and was geared towards complete beginners.  Their classes very structured and provide step by step instructions.  The new yoga studio is smaller and more intimate.  Since the class was so much smaller, about 3 times, the instructor is able to give more personal attention and adjustments.  The...

Updated next cycle of projects.  Really stacking it on.  Will create a plan and schedule tonight cause I don’t think all of this can be done without both.  Have a whitewater vacation planned, so this cycle will be short 5 days. 25 day hustle? lol. Or should I extend it? hmmm.

Day 28 Two more days. Todays class was great.  Felt a deeper stretch and more control.  Not sweating as much since the class was “easier”.  I think that there were a lot of new students so the yogi took it easy and the room was a little cooler. Weighed 229 this morning

What I've learned
As the 30 days of yoga come to an end I’ve learned that attempting anything for 30 consective days requires greater organization than I expected.  With everything in place, it allowed me to go on with the day to day activities. Day 26 Had lentill soup for lunch and
I can feel it kicking in towards the end of work.  Workout today was yesterday.  I think its either a mental thing or I’m just pysically tired and am constantly sore.  I think I’ll take a few days off after this 30 days of yoga

Day 25 Another tough Monday workout. The studio was a sweltering 103 degrees and 54% humidity.  2 people actually left to cool off and then returned. I never realized how bad my diet was.  It surprises me that one only after one cheat day I can physically tell the difference. Energy is lower and skin breaks out

Day 21 - After my workout today I weighed in at 229.9, BAM. Check. Done! Took the day off, had lunch with some friends, watched Up, and chilled.  Treated myself to whatever the belly wanted during lunch. I know at the end of the day I’ll be heavier, so I’m curious to see what I’ll weigh tomorrow.

Day 20 Excellent workout today
As usual, sweating buckets, but I really feel good going thru all the motions.  Now it’s just about pushing yourself instead of learning and just trying to keep up. The past weekend I really went to town.  Shot up to 239 on Sunday night and this morning weighed at 232.8 this morning. Taking tomorrow off for a “Life Balance Day”

Day 17 Took a friend for her first yoga class
I think she likes it. The class was an Intro class and was pretty easy.  Went to the class right after lucnh.  I htough I’ld be sluggish taking the class on a full stomach, but it wasn’t bad at all.

Day 14 Down to 232.7 lbs
Not much as far as weight loss, but the shirts do fit better, legs are bigger, and have more flexibility and strength.  Other changes I’ve noticed is more focus,  more relaxed, better sleep, and drink way less coffee. Got some of my friends to go.  We’ll see how they like it.

Day 13 Today's instructor had a fast pace
Went from one position right into another, boom boom boom.  Had to stay focused to keep up.  They’re right… if your breathing is wrong, it’ll fuck you up.  I think that’s what happened the other day.

Day 10 Ate like crap, workout was like crap

Day 8 I'm finally getting it.
