Day 28 Two more days. Todays class was great.  Felt a deeper stretch and more control.  Not sweating as much since the class was “easier”.  I think that there were a lot of new students so the yogi took it easy and the room was a little cooler.

Weighed 229 this morning

What I’ve learned

As the 30 days of yoga come to an end I’ve learned that attempting anything for 30 consective days requires greater organization than I expected.  With everything in place, it allowed me to go on with the day to day activities.

Hustle is not an activity, but a habit.  You have to make it a part of your life and attitude.  Goals are important, but for a 30 days hustle adjustments may have to be made along the way.

The first goal was easily measurable on a daily basis, I either went to class or didnt.  The second goal to earn $1,000 did not have a daily practice or a minimum benchmark.  So I adjusted it.

Day 26 Had lentill soup for lunch and

I can feel it kicking in towards the end of work.  Workout today was yesterday.  I think its either a mental thing or I’m just pysically tired and am constantly sore.  I think I’ll take a few days off after this 30 days of yoga

Day 25 Another tough Monday workout. The studio was a sweltering 103 degrees and 54% humidity.  2 people actually left to cool off and then returned.

I never realized how bad my diet was.  It surprises me that one only after one cheat day I can physically tell the difference. Energy is lower and skin breaks out
